Plaster Mortar Calculator
Plaster mortar quantity from wall area and thickness: wet volume = area × thickness, dry volume factor 1.33, then cement and sand are apportioned by the mix ratio.

CALCULATION
METHOD
Wet volume
V = A × t; dry volume Vdry = V × 1.33 × (1 + waste%); cement and sand are then apportioned by the mix ratio.- A dry volume factor of 1.33 is the common empirical value for plastering mortar (1.54 is used for concrete).
- Cement density is taken as 1440 kg/m³; sand quantity is measured as loose volume.
