R+15 Office Tower — BIM Modeling

Full LOD 350 architectural and structural BIM model for a 15-storey office tower, delivered for coordination and quantity takeoff.
We built the architectural and structural model from 2D CAD and survey data, resolving clashes between core walls and MEP risers before construction. The model fed a 4% accurate concrete and rebar quantity takeoff and a weekly 4D progress simulation. Deliverables: Revit model, IFC, clash report, BOQ.
