Multi-discipline MEP BIM coordination for a run-of-river hydropower plant, cutting on-site rework by 30%.
We coordinated mechanical, electrical and piping models across the powerhouse, intake and penstock, running federated clash detection in Navisworks. The coordinated model drove prefabrication of pipe racks and cable trays, shortening the mechanical erection schedule by six weeks.
