Urban Expressway — Quantity Takeoff
Client: Dakar Roads Authority
BIM-based quantity takeoff for 12 km of urban expressway: earthwork, bridges and drainage, audited against the BOQ.
Using a corridor model in Civil 3D and InfraWorks, we extracted earthwork volumes, bridge concrete and drainage lengths directly from the 3D model. The quantities were cross-checked against a manual BOQ, with variances held under 2% on the major items.
